Chicken Tacos
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
| 1 | pound | boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded | |

| 1 | package | taco seasoning mix | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | water | |
|
|
|||
| 6 | (8 inch) flour tortillas | ||
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | cup | green onion, chopped | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | tomato, chopped | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | cups | lettuce, shredded | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | cups | (8 ounces) cheddar cheese, shredded | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
In a large skillet, bring water to a boil. Stir in taco seasoning and reduce heat.
Add cooked, shredded chicken, stir to combine and simmer for 10 minutes.
Warm tortillas as directed on package. Spoon seasoned chicken onto tortillas and top with lettuce, tomato, green onions and shredded cheese.
